How it works

How to use the DA badge widget

  1. 1

    Check your DA

Run a free DA check for your domain so we have a score on file.

  2. 2

    Pick a style

Choose the compact badge or the larger card.

  3. 3

    Paste the code

Copy the HTML or Markdown snippet into your site or README.

How the DA badge works

The badge is a tiny SVG image (about 1 KB) served from our edge network. It shows the most recent Domain Authority we have on file for your domain, so it never slows your page down and never needs JavaScript.

Badges update automatically whenever your domain is checked again with our Bulk DA PA Checker. If a domain hasn’t been checked yet, the badge shows “n/a” until the first check.

Where to use it

  • Media kits and “Advertise” pages – give sponsors and guest authors a quick trust signal.
  • GitHub READMEs – the Markdown snippet works anywhere Markdown images do.
  • Portfolio and agency case studies – show the authority you’ve built for clients.

Domain Authority is a metric by Moz. The badge displays our cached Moz-based value and is not endorsed by Moz.

FAQ

DA Badge Widget FAQ

Is the badge free?

Yes — free forever, no signup. Just keep the link so visitors can check their own sites.

How often does the badge update?

It reflects the latest DA check for your domain, and our edge cache refreshes the image every few hours.

Why does my badge say n/a?

We don’t have a Domain Authority value on file for that domain yet. Run a free check on our home page and the badge will update within a few hours.

Will the badge slow down my site?

No. It is a ~1 KB SVG image with no scripts or cookies, served from a global CDN.
